This is a a very good product, and if the color goes well with your furniture, it has the potential to save you a lot of damage from cats and kittens who canʻt be trained to scratch elsewhere. BUT, it has a clear plastic backing that is very difficult to remove so that you can put the adhesive side on your furniture. I wrote Happy-Luna and asked if there was a trick to getting the backing off, and they said theyʻd get back to me and never did. I wrote them again, and they said they were asking the manufacturer and never got back to me. So, poor customer service, but I give the product four stars. I would have bought more if the customer service was better and they could have told me how to get the backing off easily. If it was easy - this would be a five start product for sure.

I didn’t contact the company for a refund, so I don’t feel it’s fair to give this a lower rating since they weren’t given the opportunity to resolve the issue. My main complaint is that the color is not accurately represented. The “beige” is actually more of a light taupe with a rosy tint. If I had known that, I would have ordered the gray instead.

Other than the color discrepancy, the product itself seemed perfectly fine. For me personally, it just wasn’t worth the hassle of making a return, so I ended up donating it to Goodwill.

ALthough the coverings are aesthetically pleasing, they do not stick well enough. Also, my cats have yet to scratch them and I'm not sure why.
